Amusement Logic considers the simplicity of the design of leisure and tourist attractions, both aquatic and dry, as a value in itself. Beyond the aesthetic benefits of elegance and clean lines as opposed to complexity, simplicity of design also allows for greater efficiency in manufacturing processes, as well as greater ease of installation and maintenance. In the case of this new design we’re presenting, our inspiration comes from an element of nature of undeniable simplicity and purity of lines: the sand dunes on beaches and deserts. That is why we have called this new attraction DuneLand.
DuneLand is a prefabricated modular composition for a children’s play area that can be configured dry or with jets and other water elements. With an almost unlimited variety of colours and shapes, each module can be joined with the others to form an ever-changing attraction, adaptable to the space available and to the leisure and tourism project in question. In short, the DuneLand playground equipment is personalised and becomes unique, according to the location for which it is intended, be it the grounds of a campsite, the courtyard of a hotel or resort, the space of a shopping centre, or even the children’s area of a water or theme park.
Prefabricated with our exclusive 3DTech-Soft system and therefore with a soft consistency, the modules simulate sections of the profile of a dune, which together form a composition of gentle slopes and corners that encourage children to slide, climb, balance, hide, jump… The surrounding safety area is made up of equally soft modules, 20 cm on each side. Finally, each of the dunes is no more than 60 cm high, which saves the use of barriers and other preventive elements. The bright colours and the slopes of this DuneLand playground equipment will become the centre of attention of the family public, whether in hotels and resorts, campsites, shopping centres, or in parks of all kinds, including water or theme parks.
