The relationship between theming design and structural safety is important in the construction of attractions and themed elements in Amusement Logic’s projects, whether they are located in water parks or theme parks, campsites, hotels and resorts, shopping centres or other leisure and tourism facilities.
Amusement Logic’s team of structural engineers face constant challenges in creating themed elements such as trees, watermills, large portals and other large elements. The key to finding the balance between thematic aesthetics and structural functionality lies in a combination of theming creativity and state-of-the-art structural analysis and design techniques.
The structural engineering of the elements that make up water or theme parks, hotels and resorts, campsites, shopping centres and, in general, any attraction intended for leisure and tourism, requires special considerations. These include resistance and durability with respect to the environmental factors of the environment in which they are located.
The design of slides, for example, must consider the corrosion resistance of materials, safety with respect to the dynamic loads they support, and at the same time provide an exciting experience for users. The theming design must take into account factors such as wind exposure and the compatibility of the materials used in the theming.
All in all, we make sure that underneath every design, whether it is a water or theme park, a hotel or resort, a campsite, a shopping centre or a leisure and tourism facility, there is a solid structure that ensures the safety of visitors, guests, tourists and users.
