Leisure and tourism complexes that have a centralised management system or Building Management System (BMS) can integrate Closed Circuit TV (CCTV). This CCTV will allow the system a series of very interesting and useful links for its operation:

-In the event of a fire detection or intruder alarm, the BMS records the signal coming from the CCTV and automatically displays images of the affected area. In addition, the system allows control of the cameras (pan, tilt, zoom, etc.) to direct them as required, so that they provide extra information about the case. The alarm can therefore be confirmed in real time from the centralised station.

-Motion detection by CCTV can trigger the activation of other installations, e.g. lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. So, CCTV is useful for the control of these devices.

-The registration in the BMS of input and output signals from access control can be linked to the activation of cameras, therefore making the CCTV an additional security installation.

With the integration of these different devices, the BMS system becomes a powerful tool for defining advanced security and operational strategies. Its implementation allows Amusement Logic to turn the leisure and tourism projects it develops into intelligent complexes at the forefront of facility control.
