We sometimes associate the “waterpark” concept with a large sized project and a high level of investment. However, it doesn’t always have to be that way. On designing, planning and carrying out a project, we study the size and amount of its investment, so that it adjusts to the client’s requirements, so that it responds to the potential demand of the place in which it is located and so that ultimately, it proves to be a profitable investment.
The waterpark in the Moroccan city of Oujda is a perfect example of a project with these characteristics. Developed in a small area, with a modest investment and with an eminently family-focus to provide entertainment for visitors of all ages.
As well as the aquatic attractions that are characteristic of a project of this nature, (slides, children’s games, adult pools), the development includes a nightclub and restaurant which allows the complex’s operation to adjust seasonally.
In short, a well conceived, sized and designed project in order to contribute added value to the leisure activities offered by the city and which will generate attractive returns for the investor.
