Prefabricated architecture has demonstrated over the last few years its virtues in terms of construction time and costs, as well as offering an ever more aesthetically pleasing appearance. At Amusement Logic we have developed a new prefabrication method, from a point of view that considers buildings as living constructions. The idea is to develop and construct the buildings in phases, using prefabricated modules, so that the developer or owner can extend them over time, according to their needs or as the sale of the different modules progresses. With this new method, the initial investment is considerably reduced and its return makes it possible to execute new phases of the architectural complex by adding modules. This new system makes it possible to reduce risk and optimise the project’s investment.
