Architecture is an expression that, beyond practical and functional aspects, connects with the spirit and culture of a place. This monumental complex inspired by the Arabic tradition combines, with a masterful balance between aesthetics and functionality, cream tones, geometric patterns, pointed arches, gardens and water.

The cream-coloured façades reflect the sunlight, keeping the interiors cool. Otherwise, its monochrome appearance is enriched with shadows cast by geometric and ornamental patterns. The geometric patterns in the latticework and friezes guide the visitor. The pointed arches, for their part, bestow in the space a sense of timelessness, of grandeur without excess.

The fountains refresh the air and soothe the ear, while the vegetation, with palm trees and flowering shrubs, are pleasant to gaze upon and provide the skin with a pleasant microclimate. These interactions between water and shade make the spaces true havens.

The design encourages both social interaction and introspection. Promenades, courtyards and fountain squares stage places to pause and connect. Every detail of the complex, from textures to aromas, contributes to an immersive, multi-sensory experience. Light, water and vegetation intertwine to invite full enjoyment of the space.

This project pays homage to the tradition of Arabic architecture with a modern interpretation that combines beauty, functionality and respect. The craftsmanship of Amusement Logic’s Design Department recreates stories that evoke emotions and offer unique experiences.
