The design, manufacture and construction of swimming pools and spas has never been so easy. With the new modular production system that 3D Logic Future, a subsidiary of Amusement Logic, is launching, the design of aquatic spaces is freed from limits and their construction gains in efficiency and versatility. Indeed, mass production limits the range of designs available to a developer or owner. They have to choose one from a limited number of models and, when it comes to installation, adapt the available space to that model. However, with this new modular prefabrication system, it is the design, and therefore the pool or spa, that is adapted to the available space.
Once the desired design has been established, according to the architecture of the destination site, we use the 3D model and divide it into modules with our system. These modules, including the ductwork and the ducts to be installed in them for lighting and plumbing, are prefabricated on our premises. They are then transported efficiently and in an optimised space to the location. Once on site, they are assembled to form the pool shell and the service connections are made. Finally, they are waterproofed and the dry construction of the pool or spa is completed without waste and in record time.
This design and construction system is compatible with the production of standard models or one-off projects, tailored to the architecture of the available space. We also use it to manufacture other complementary elements for swimming pools and spas.
