Theming in architecture seeks to convey a message through design. Its mission is to tell a story, or evoke a feeling or an experience that visitors and users can understand and believe. This is the idea pursued by this new project that we present from Amusement Logic’s Design Department. It is a building themed as an island. Our island-building rises above the ground, almost like a treasure island, offering a secluded top-floor ideal for hours of retreat and leisure.

The top-floor of our design for this building not only represents a visually appealing thematic motif, but also benefits from bioclimatic aspects such as natural ventilation. Indeed, being elevated, any slight breeze or air current multiplies and refreshes with more efficiency than at ground level. To this detail of our island-building we add a profusion of vegetation that protects from the sun’s rays and provides shade and coolness.

The architecture of this island-building also allows a double use of the area and, therefore, a better use of the land. In this way, while the upper part is enjoyed for leisure and free time, the lower part can be used for multiple other uses. To all of the above are added the panoramic views that it offers, due to the fact that it is an island in space, our island-building.
