Invisible water park

As mentioned in Part I of this “brainstorming”, Amusement Logic receives specific commissions from leisure and tourism developers all over the world. These developers come armed with initial ideas to which the company puts decades of experience at their service. Part of this experience is exercised in creativity and design, which is precisely the faculty and process that gives concreteness to such water park or theme park projects. To turn them into reality, then comes the construction and, finally, their opening to the public. But what if we reverse the roles? On this occasion, Amusement Logic ignites the flame of imagination with unique and disruptive water and theme park concepts to inspire leisure and tourism developers around the world. Ready to dream? Let’s go!

Invisible water park

Imagine that you are swimming above the water. Yes, it is possible in this park. The lazy river, slides, pools and other attractions are transparent and raised above the ground. This creates the illusion for visitors that they are floating and swimming on air. A water park like this offers an impressive, almost terrifying visual spectacle for those who seek the impossible.

Water park of the senses

In this sensory water park, coloured water with different flavours and textures flows through the slides, lazy river, pools and other water attractions. Each space offers a completely different sensation. Imagine pools that smell of mint, a river where the water tastes of exotic fruits, or slides where you slide on a viscous substance, whose sound is unlike any other known in a waterpark.

In this way and in this water park, every attraction plays with the senses and creates a spectacle of surreal perceptions. It would undoubtedly offer the most complete sensory experience ever seen in a water park or theme park.

Crazy Plumbing Water Park

Plumbing attractions! Yes! Get your imagination going: see a water park where all the attractions are inspired by pipes and plumbing; slides simulating pipes leading to plumbing worlds, water jets coming out of giant taps and play areas where visitors can “fix ’ broken pipes to get themselves wet. Couldn’t visitors take on the role of plumbers in this water adventure?

Nutty Numbers Water Park

Or the mathematical adventure park. With a strong numerical, geometrical and even trigonometric theme, everything in this park is related to the laws of mathematics. The slides are shaped like giant numbers, and each attraction represents a mathematical concept. Visitors must solve puzzles to access certain areas, and activities include games that revolve around mathematical problems. As you can imagine, this park offers a unique blend of education and fun.

Water park in black and white

In this proposal, the water park presents a decidedly monochromatic aesthetic. Designed entirely in shades of black, white and grey, the black and white theming of the park delights visitors with a timeless and sophisticated visual experience. Water, a vibrant element, stands out with its texture and movement against the neutral-toned, or should we say “absent”, surroundings.

Visualise if you can a futuristic, geometric architecture: modern, angular, structural forms that emphasise silhouettes, lines and shadows, almost like in an expressionist film; maybe The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari? Imagine yourself transported to Casablanca. Think for a moment that you are on a set from Paths of Glory. By eliminating colour, users concentrate on the sensory experience, while being overcome by a sense of mystery. It is optional to imagine encounters with the great stars of the black and white cinema that inspires the spaces and their theming.
