From Amusement Logic’s Design Department, we return to our monthly appointment with all of you. On this occasion, it is to divulge a new architectural project in which we are immersed: two skyscrapers whose helicoidal shape evokes two gigantic, yet delicate, Solomonic columns, topped by crown-like structures.

The helical silhouette of our buildings, beyond being an aesthetic element with value in itself, also offers a practical solution for the efficient use of space. Therefore, the exterior, or the appearance of the towers, and the interior, or their contents, are holistically combined in a symbiotic relationship. Or, to put it another way, the spiral structure of the façade is transferred to the interior, in spacious, light-filled flats whose residents will enjoy panoramic views. In addition, this spiral exterior will bring yet another positive consequence to the interior, namely the fluid circulation of the users.

We have also provided for the complete external glazing of these spiral towers. Thanks to a lighting system, their appearance will be transformed in various colours throughout the day. This visual effect adds an extra dimension to the already unique architecture of our buildings. In addition, the crowning of the skyscrapers is a design element that adds a majestic component to the architecture. All in all, the combination of the Solomonic silhouette and its crown make our towers two emblematic landmarks of the urban landscape.

In short, with the design of these two helicoidal towers, the good cooperation between functionality, aesthetics and art emerges in architecture as an obvious possibility. We hope that you have enjoyed our architectural proposal as much as we have enjoyed designing it.
