We present a new initiative in our series of luxury-villa designs in tropical geography, the work of Amusement Logic’s Design Department. Stepped on a hillside on the coast of the tropical country, once again the focus is on the idea that its architectural design integrates into the natural environment.

In the characteristic style of the designs we propose for exclusive villas, the structure of this new concept is wrapped in soft curved shapes, adapted to the topography, in this case the hill. Movement and harmony are two touchstones of our architectural work, as clearly illustrated in the sketch below. The choice of white concrete and large windows, a classic in our designs, turns the interiors almost into exteriors, which favours an uninterrupted visual connection with the lush tropical exterior.

Vertical gardens and landscaped terraces not only add beauty and wellbeing, but also help to regulate the temperature and maintain a pleasant microclimate inside the villa. In this way, we make it more energy efficient and therefore more sustainable. The green elements, together with the vegetation-covered roofs, serve to integrate the building naturally into the landscape, as well as reducing, as we say, the environmental impact. But it is also a decisive way of helping the development of local biodiversity. Finally, the layout of the villa on multiple levels makes it possible to make the most of the space and also the ocean views.
