The BIM methodology makes it possible to break down a complex design and construction project such as a water or theme park, a hotel or resort, a shopping centre or a campsite, into the different work disciplines involved.

One of the great advantages of this methodology is precisely that it allows us to check that the elements belonging to each of these disciplines are correctly coordinated and do not interfere with each other. In this way, the absolute integrity of the project is guaranteed. Finally, the different models into which it is broken down are grouped into a single global and federated model that includes all the disciplines.

There are programming tools and collaborative BIM platforms such as Navisworks, Synchro and others, which allow these reports to be made and the problems detected to be communicated to the parties collaborating in the design and construction of the shopping centre, campsite, theme or water park, hotel or resort, or other. So, with the integrated incident management in BIM360, each agent knows, according to the set of notifications, what corrections must be made in the project.

As a result, once the identified conflicts have been resolved, the agents receive new notifications and a perfectly coordinated digital model of the construction project is guaranteed. This avoids problems during the course of the construction work and guarantees the highest quality of the hotel or resort project, water or theme park, campsite, shopping centre and so on.
