Set in a lush coastal environment, this circular structure blends in with the foliage and topography, so that the transition between nature and living space is almost imperceptible. The choice of design and materials was made with the utmost respect for the environment; we minimised the visual impact and preserved the natural beauty of the site. The circular shape of the building enhances the panoramic views over the ocean and at the same time facilitates a seamless integration with the surrounding vegetation, as if the building were emerging organically from the land itself.
However, the design of this architecture is geared towards energy efficiency, with passive and active technologies that reduce the building’s ecological footprint. The roof, equipped with solar panels, not only generates clean energy but also contributes to rainwater harvesting. This is used intelligently in the irrigation system and for other needs of the building.
The landscape architecture presented here is testimony to a design that is fully integrated into its surroundings without sacrificing liveability. The interior spaces, though hidden from the outside, offer maximum comfort and luxury, so that residents enjoy every convenience while remaining intimate with nature. The design does not compete with nature, but enhances and protects it, as a sanctuary where humans can dwell in complete harmony with the natural environment.
