In contemporary architecture, designers and architects often seek inspiration in suggestive geometric forms. They use different objects – a guitar, an arch, a letter, a geometric shape – to create buildings with unique design and architecture.
The design presented here follows this inspirational routine, based on the shape of a tiara. It is a resort hotel whose architecture combines curvilinear volumes with straight lines to create a particular composition. Its façade slopes slightly and therefore amplifies a visual effect of monumentality.
The plan of the resort hotel adopts an open ring design. In addition, its central part rises higher than the ends. Finally, it integrates functional and circulation aspects into the inspired geometry of the project. The central part of this open ring is used for a large swimming pool. Finally, the lateral ends are integrated as an extension of the roof of the building, in a cascade of terraces at different levels.
The tiara shape that inspires the design and architecture of this resort hotel not only makes it unique, so that it stands out from a distance, but also provides panoramic views of the rooms. In contrast, the interiors are developed in a circular space that follows the building itself, ideal for leisure activities and events.
