Amusement Logic’s 3D-Tech technology allows great freedom in the design and construction of lightweight elements of all types and sizes, whether based on geometric shapes or organic models.
We are currently developing the design of a space with pergolas, based on the reinterpretation of origami. Using a triangular tessellation prefabricated with 3D-Tech panels, we create simple geometric patterns that are assembled to produce customised wrap-around shapes with different uses.
To generate the design of these lightweight, interlocking panels, we use generative computational processes. The result is a series of geometries that adapt in situ to the desired shape.
