Funny Float is a new children’s water game whose design we present here for the first time. Funny Float, or “fun float”, is a modular floating structure for aquatic fun and thanks to its oscillating movement on the water, the stimulation of children and youngsters. As always, we have designed Funny Float with the aim of providing water parks, campsites, hotels and resorts, shopping centres and other leisure and tourism facilities with a unique and differentiating attraction.
The basic structure of the Funny Float game is formed by floating modules, perimeter nets and vertical tubes. The modules are assembled, like pieces of a puzzle, to form the floating structure. The perimeter nets attach the structure as a whole to the base of the pool and form a safety barrier under the surface of the water. The vertical tubes act as a guiding element and additional support for the structure, as well as serving to hold different water play elements such as water cannons, buckets, showers, pinwheels, etc. Funny Float becomes the protagonist of swimming pools and aquatic areas in parks, campsites, hotels and resorts, shopping centres and other leisure and tourism attractions.
Manufactured with our 3D Tech system, the floating modules with undulating shapes can be created in any colour available; at the same time, they adapt their shape to become stairs, small slides or platforms for jumping into the water. In their case, the vertical tubes are made of stainless steel and are solidly fixed to the bottom of the pool. In addition, the higher areas are protected with safety nets and barriers. All in all, Funny Float offers multiple design possibilities, as it is scalable and can be configured according to increasing complexity and size, and for different water depths. This aquatic playground equipment can be adapted to any project and space, in existing or new pools and aquatic areas, in any water park, campsite, hotel or resort, shopping centre or other leisure and tourism facility.
