That is the approach we at Amusement Logic’s Design Department worked on for a line of luxury villas. Record time, without compromise for quality and aesthetics, is the promise of the innovative construction perspective. As such, with prefabricated modules, these new villas rival the opulence of the most sophisticated.
These are prefabricated modules made of EPS (expanded polystyrene), conveniently encapsulated and structurally reinforced. They are not only used for fast and efficient construction, but also ensure the durability and insulation of the house. Moreover, they still have the advantage of versatility to create customised designs.
Spacious, light-filled interiors that open onto natural landscapes; exteriors of elegant restraint; large floor-to-ceiling windows; living spaces that flow effortlessly onto terraces and gardens – all features that testify to the ability of these modules to design luxurious environments.
As if that were not enough, it is ultimately a sustainable approach to the design and construction of luxury villas. It significantly reduces waste materials and the carbon footprint associated with on-site construction.
