In this project, developed by Amusement Logic’s Design Department, the terrain becomes an active part of the building. Its architecture integrates directly and logically into the topography. Semi-buried concrete volumes covered with grass, use the thermal inertia of the ground as a natural temperature regulator, significantly reducing the footprint of artificial climate control. The earth itself acts as insulation against external temperature fluctuations and improves the overall energy efficiency of the complex.
The green roofs reinforce this behaviour. They also fulfil an urban function: they become an accessible and walkable extension of the public space. The building is no longer an isolated object but part of the landscape, providing pedestrian routes, resting areas and additional viewpoints.

Undulating forms and openings carved into the mounds, allow natural light to penetrate deep into the interior. At the same time, they create terraces and courtyards ideal for restaurant areas. This combination of topography, vegetation and geometry generates comfortable outdoor spaces without requiring excessively complex technical solutions.
The interior spaces beneath the planted roof are organised in continuity with the external platforms. The result is an efficient architecture integrated into the landscape and designed for continuous social use. Dining, strolling and contemplation come together naturally.
