A centre for innovation and technological development. A design based on energy efficiency, functional flexibility and formal coherence. A façade organised into a modular system of triangular geometries, composed of metal panels and high-reflectance glass.
A rhythmic sequence of inclined planes that soften direct sunlight, optimise natural lighting, promote the building’s thermal self-regulation and improve its energy efficiency.
A load-bearing structure, resolved by means of an internal steel and concrete grid, which frees the façades from structural functions and allows for a lightweight and technologically advanced envelope.

An interior of open-plan spaces adaptable to different uses, whether laboratories, offices or collaborative work areas. Glazed panels in the common areas establish a direct relationship between the interior space and the exterior environment. This is what this architectural proposal boils down to.
