At the recent edition of the FITUR 2022 tourism fair, Torrelavega Town Council presented the Cantabria Infinita Palaeolithic Park, our design for a water park and Canyoning Park for the town of Sierrallana, in Cantabria, Spain. When built, this tourist facility will be the only attraction of its kind on the Iberian Peninsula. In addition to its tourism potential and the economic dynamisation and development of the region that it will entail, the project will provide an incentive for the creation of both direct and indirect employment. The project also passed the environmental impact report by the Directorate-General for Biodiversity last December. It is the design of the first and only water and adventure park in the region, a commission entrusted to Amusement Logic by the regional tourism promotion company Cantur. The Palaeolithic era is the central axis that unifies and gives meaning to the whole installation, with theming that envelops the entire project, as well as the smallest details. From the outset, we prioritised the environmental quality of the aquatic complex in our design work. Likewise, our work was oriented towards the operational optimisation of the water park with criteria of viability, ease of operation, profitability, and user comfort and safety.

The presentation at the FITUR tourism fair was made by means of a video that we produced for the detailed illustration of the project.
