Barceló Hotel Group is one of the international chains with greatest presence and growth in Mexico. In 2015 it was placed as the third largest foreign hotel chain in the country, reaching a total of 7.500 rooms.

In 2016 Barceló launched the plan to partially or completely reform 12 of its most important hotels in the Caribbean. After investing more than 110 million dollars, all the establishments have begun the peak season in the Caribbean with improved facilities. This will undoubtedly boost the group’s growth in the region.
