Amusement Logic’s Design Department offers an alternative to the classical zero-depth children’s water area. Vivid colours and plastic give way to the understated elegance found throughout a luxury resort hotel. These shallow-water zones—featuring play elements, integrated slides, and ample shade—harmonise with the resort’s aesthetic rather than clashing with it. Furnishings are also thoughtfully arranged, allowing families to observe the action in comfort and close proximity.
The innovation lies in this shift in style. Play areas for the youngest guests no longer rely on loud, flashy stimuli; instead, they adopt the resort’s design language: premium materials, organic shapes, and soft colour accents. Children enjoy a safe, imaginative environment, while adults supervise from a comfortable, serene, shaded setting, enjoying a gentle sensory experience.
The concept is straightforward to build: shallow pools, non-slip surfaces, low-pressure water features, child-scaled pathways, family-friendly furniture, and clear sightlines that facilitate supervision. From an operational standpoint, seamlessly integrating children’s leisure into the hotel’s design language appeals to discerning families. Exclusivity remains intact—luxury is for the younger guests, too.
