A luxury and wellness ecosystem. Villas connected by walkways and paths, between water features, transport residents and give them a sense of living, close-up, sensory nature. It is a new design by Amusement Logic’s Design Department. Straight lines and dominant structures have disappeared: spaces flow, adapt and blend into the environment. The experience is that of architecture dissolved into the landscape, of total immersion in it.
The turquoise waters, the plant-lined paths and the organic roofs form a continuity with the landscape surrounding the residential complex and also between the villas themselves, inside. The entire design is devoted to the constant experience, from dawn to dusk.
The optimised design recreates a concept—similar to that of a resort hotel in the Maldives—that works in diverse contexts, even in continental areas. The use of climate control technologies, water filtration and native vegetation makes it possible to combine this aesthetic and sensory quality with minimal environmental impact. The model is therefore reproducible and sustainable, offering paradise-like experiences without depending on geography.
Furthermore, the system of lagoons, villas and walkways allows the scale to be adapted to any location. Each unit is precisely integrated into its topography, with an optimised relationship between density, privacy and views. A beautiful design, but also economically efficient and technically viable in multiple environments.
