At the end of last year, the French tourist guide Petit Futé, with thirty years experience and more than 3 million users, chose the ten campsites in France with the best waterparks. In first place came Camping La Sirène’s 5-star waterpark, in the Occitanie town of Argeles-sur-Mer. Well, the campsite is the complete work of Amusement Logic.
According to the popular guide, La Sirène’s is an “impressive water park of 10,000 m2 (…), surrounded by 23 hectares of lush vegetation”. In its review, Petit Futé says that “lovers of water games and bathing will be conquered by its 2 heated pools, giant slides and children’s games”, all less than 900 meters from one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful beaches.
In France, campsites are the most popular form of accommodation and with more than 8,000 units in all the categories, their network is the first in Europe and the second in the world, after the United States. More than 3,000 of those campsites are 4 and 5-stars. These have the best and most varied facilities: Spas, swimming pools, children’s clubs, parks and games for little ones, but also sports courts, bars, wellness areas…and water parks.
