Leisure and tourism complexes that have implemented a BMS (Building Management System) have tools for optimal HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) control. The system enables centralised monitoring, control and regulation of all integrated heating, ventilation and air conditioning devices.

The BMS system monitors the parameters of temperature, pressure, humidity, dew point, CO2, amount of dust and dirt particles in the environment, degree of filter contamination and pressurisation of critical rooms, amongst others. This provides real-time information on the entire HVAC system of the leisure and tourism complex, which facilitates the optimisation of its operation and consequent energy savings. In addition, the system generates warnings of breakdowns and the status of the equipment involved, which allows for predictive maintenance.

With the integration of BMS systems, Amusement Logic turns the leisure and tourism complexes it develops into intelligent facilities, at the forefront of HVAC management. As a result, it promotes energy efficiency, reduces environmental impact and carbon footprint simultaneously, thus improving their sustainability.
