At Amusement Logic’s Design Department, we have imagined a shelter that rests delicately on the water, as if it were an open white flower in the landscape. Each module is housed on a circular wooden platform connected to the shore; its light envelope, inspired by the petals of the water lily flower, combines fibre laminates and tensioned membranes, creating a surface that filters the light and maintains an pleasant indoor temperature during the day. Access is via walkways integrated into the water garden, so that the guest crosses between water lilies and reflections before finding the intimacy of their own private dome.

The interior reflects the same organic softness of curvilinear geometries and micro-textured white panels. The freestanding furniture, meanwhile, is configured according to the desired experience, be it breakfast at dawn or romantic dinners under the vault, open to the stars. Cross ventilation is provided by strategically positioned openings. The dome structure frees up the central space and makes it diaphanous; the surrounding terrace opens it up to the unrestricted enjoyment of the surrounding vegetation.

A floating suite easy to place on artificial lagoons, ponds or in protected bays, at the foot of large hotels and resorts, for direct contact and closeness to natural life, between the song of the birds and the murmur of the water. A version of what we call “lyrical architecture”, an example of the symbiosis between design and nature, in such a way that the former favours the latter and vice versa.
