A thick fluid that seems to have suddenly solidified in the presence of bubbles and vortices: this is the appearance of the interior design that we present from Amusement Logic’s Design Department. The white mineral resin, which gives it matter, and the moulding with organic casts that frame living plant tapestries, complete the “landscape”. The basalt floor, polished to a mirror finish, duplicates the theatricality of the petal armchairs, upholstered in maroon velvet. These sculptural pieces embrace visitors with the sensuality of haut-couture gloves.

Lighting that modulates colour temperature and reproduces circadian rhythms, cascades gently from perimeter channels. At the same time, LED mini-spots in the matt black ceiling seem to represent a discreet night sky. The bars, concealed respectively behind a skin of amber onyx or wood, are revealed only when the guest approaches. Nothing detracts from the sensation of discovery. The acoustics are accommodated thanks to the invisible micro-perforations in the side panels, in an enveloping and calm atmosphere, despite the exciting staging.

On the technical side, the enclosure is produced with high-density EPS (expanded polystyrene) formwork, encapsulated in state-of-the-art GRG (glass reinforced gypsum). This is a system that achieves continuous, fireproof and easy to maintain surfaces. The modular furniture moves and is magnetically anchored, while the vertical garden has automated hydroponic irrigation. The result: a room as sophisticated as it is versatile, ideal for hotels and resorts, buildings and clubs that aspire to emblematic prominence. We have called it the Vortex Room.
