Veined black marble for a private spa. Dark slabs, polished to the point of being mirror-like, cover walls, ceilings and skirting boards seamlessly, interrupted only by fine profiles that draw lines of indirect light. The result is a theatrical penumbra where the warm glow of the edges highlights textures and generates depth, whilst the hydro-massage pools, carved in the same stone, look like obsidian lakes illuminated from the inside.
A contained and precise geometry: floating platforms for reclining loungers, perimeter niches for thermal relaxation and solid volumes concealing sensory showers. Everything is articulated around the idea of an introspective refuge; a space where silence is underlined by the whisper of water and the rhythmic beat of the perimeter lighting. Every detail, the silky touch of the chocolate-coloured leather, the linear diffusers integrated into the floor, the dark volumes, reinforce the sensation of a capsule isolated from the outside world.
A design that echoes the atmosphere of presidential suites in hotels, resorts or large villas. The experience of well-being and exaltation is served. The aesthetic language of this spa communicates easily with contemporary projects in the Middle East, but also with Alpine centres; the dark palette dialogues with desert horizons and snowy landscapes. More than a spa, it is a testament to pure sophistication, a place where matter and light orchestrate a scene of solid calm. The guest or resident dissolves in time, amidst steam, stones, golden reflections… and the joys of water.
