Calisthenics is a form of physical exercise that aims to develop and strengthen the body’s muscle chains in order to increase agility, strength, endurance and balance. It emerged in Europe at the end of the 19th century, although at that time it was exercised in gyms and indoors. However, at the end of the 80s of the last century, calisthenics enthusiasts moved to the street and began to use lampposts and other street furniture as gymnastic apparatus for the exercise of their sport.

This is how calisthenics became a social as well as a sporting phenomenon. By exercising in public places, its fans create circles and interact with each other. In addition to the sport, those who practice calisthenics share spaces and ideas, and in this way develop values such as companionship, effort, respect and tolerance.

The growing popularity of calisthenics, especially among young people, strengthens and expands the demand for circuits and facilities dedicated to its practice. Amusement Logic, always attentive to the evolution of society in the field of leisure, with extensive experience in recreational facilities and with a team of experts in their design, develops safe, stable and ergonomic spaces for the practice of calisthenics.
