Amusement Logic’s design department has developed a new concept for a residential complex. On this occasion, curved volumes of light concrete are combined with wooden lattices and porticoes. Fluid façades filter the light and open up to cross ventilation. The undulating balconies project the intimacy of the dwellings onto a landscape of flowerbeds, with native vegetation and shady trees, in a continuous dialogue between inside and outside.

The pedestrian walkways respond to a design that imagines gently sloping garden paths, where children on scooters and strollers share a safe and pleasant space. Creeping vegetation, aromatic plants and small linear wetlands moderate the temperature and bring freshness and aromas to the atmosphere. For their part, the green roofs reduce the thermal footprint of the complex and add new areas for community recreation. In this way, nature is integrated as a living infrastructure and improves the quality of life in the neighbourhood.

The result is high-value architecture that embraces sustainability without sacrificing comfort and elegance. Soft lines, textured materials and somewhat wild but responsible landscaping combine to offer serene, healthy and conscious living on a human scale.
