Building Management System, or BMS, is a centralised intelligent management system for buildings in general, but also for leisure facilities such as hotels and resorts, water, theme and animal parks, shopping centres and others. The system receives real-time information regarding the operation and parameters of the building or facility, useful for instant monitoring, analysis and decision-making from a remote control station.
Amusement Logic integrates BMS control into the leisure and tourism projects it designs and builds. In doing so, it offers the operators of these projects the possibility of advanced monitoring and management of relevant parameters according to their operating strategy.
The BMS system enables immediate remote troubleshooting by operating functions such as “set point value”, ON/OFF switches, and by generating warnings and alarms, amongst others. With the application of the BMS system, Amusement Logic turns the leisure and tourism buildings and facilities in which it operates, into intelligent complexes at the forefront of efficient management. With it, operators take measures in real time and improve the control of their facilities. As a result, they improve their profitability and increase their value.
