Leisure and tourism complexes with a centralised BMS (Building Management System) have the tools to integrate fire detection into it. The advantages include, for example, immediate verification of the area from which the fire alarm originates and its confirmation by a video surveillance system (CCTV). It is even possible to anticipate the fire detection system by analysing the video signal, which speeds up the response and allows the emergency services to be alerted in advance.
Therefore, the monitored parameters and manoeuvre signals of the detection system are transferred to the BMS centralised management system, from which the control of solenoid valves, closing of sectorisation dampers, closing of fire doors, stopping of lifts, opening of evacuation exits, programming of delays and cross detection, amongst others, is carried out. It also facilitates maintenance, thanks to the historical data of false alarms and the listing of dirty or faulty elements.
The implementation of the BMS system by Amusement Logic in the leisure and tourism complexes it develops, makes them safer and more intelligent facilities, at the forefront of fire detection.
