In today’s architecture it is common to find design and construction projects of prefabricated houses. This growing trend is due to the fact that it is a method that reduces both construction time and cost and, therefore, the carbon footprint compared to the traditional method. Amusement Logic is joining this trend with its MagiCube line of prefabricated homes. However, this system of design and construction often results in the standardisation of architectural forms, which end up looking somewhat uniform and basic, with little room for customisation and diversity.
Amusement Logic has come up with a solution to this problem, which is already being applied in its MagiCube line of houses. It is a system for the design, construction and addition of customisable façades to prefabricated houses. So, no matter how standard the exterior shapes of this type of housing may be, when covered with our customisable façades they offer a new, stylish and diverse appearance, and adapt to the tastes and wishes of each guest or owner. If we add complements such as LED lighting or green roofs, their power of visual attraction is greater, as well as being more ecological and creating more pleasant environments.
