One of Amusement Logic’s specialities is the design and construction of hydraulic systems for any project, whether it be water parks, multi-action pools, themed pools, spas, thermal centres or large water leisure complexes. With the aim of innovation and continuous improvement of these processes, we study the industrialisation of the manufacture of these hydraulic systems.
In the case study, we propose the fragmentation of the design into blocks of standard dimensions, suitable for transport in a sea container. Once the blocks have been generated for subsequent assembly, they are sent by road or sea to their destination. Once there, they are placed and assembled on site. In this way, we optimise the space available for transport, facilitate the subsequent assembly of the hydraulic system, avoid possible errors in the execution phase and reduce times in a more efficient process.
