Amusement Logic is working on a new architectural project, this time for a luxury villa in an arid environment. The use of white concrete is no accident, as it is a material that is resistant to the rigours of the arid desert climate, as well as reflecting sunlight and therefore helps to keep the interior of the villa cool. At the same time, the use of sinuous forms in the design helps to integrate the mansion into the landscape, without sacrificing its modern and elegant appearance.

We worked on this new design with a bioclimatic approach, aiming for an efficient use of energy and water. The gardens and swimming pools act as passive cooling elements. They therefore become factors in reducing the need for indoor air conditioning. Furthermore, rainwater harvesting, where available, and its recycling will reduce dependence on the public network.

The extreme climatic conditions of the desert are the challenge facing this design. Therefore, in addition to the above details, the building includes window shading elements. This reduces exposure to direct sunlight during the summer months. However, we do not want to overlook the fact that the location of the mansion also offers the opportunity for spectacular panoramic views. Nor did we forgo the design of swimming pools that blend into the natural terrain. Finally, the planned gardens include indigenous plants, such as cacti and others.
