A Cultural Centre for Urban Innovation: it stands at the heart of the urban landscape; a concept that connects architecture and community; a modern design, with curved lines, that integrates organically into the environment; a space that invites encounters and creativity; a multifunctional centre with library, co-working rooms, auditorium for events and exhibition area; a building that also has a café and terraces with open-air views.
The building stands out for its commitment to sustainability: large windows let in natural light and reduce dependence on artificial lighting; the white undulating roof reflects heat and reduces energy consumption; solar panels help reduce the building’s electricity consumption.

The open design of the centre promotes interaction and inclusion: outdoor areas have benches and seating areas as a meeting place; outdoor areas encourage visual and direct interaction between families, young and old.
A balance between modernity and functionality is achieved: materials such as concrete and glass serve plasticity; concrete, the basis for the curved forms of the structure, ensures strength and durability, while glass optimises the entry of natural light; the minimalist selection reinforces the contemporary aesthetics and sustainability of the building; the roof is the emblematic symbol of the building; a clean and elegant area that stands out for its lightness and dynamism.
