Amusement Logic’s design department has been experimenting for some time with concepts of solid and robust architecture, or in other words, architecture that follows the trend of brutalism. In this new residential building concept, we have added nature to the equation. Located in an exclusive neighbourhood, the residential development offers luxury housing, with an innovative design, without renouncing a deep respect for the environment.
The curved, flowing lines of the concrete structure nevertheless evoke an organic solidity, harmoniously integrated with the landscaped terraces along the length of the building. Each floor becomes a living ecosystem, with carefully selected vegetation providing freshness, intimacy and connection with nature. The flower beds beautify the homes and at the same time improve the air quality, create a pleasant microclimate and therefore contribute to the well-being of the residents.
The interior design is aligned with the exclusivity of the exterior, with large, bright spaces that maximise views of the green surroundings. The combination of structural concrete with noble materials, such as wood and glass, creates a perfect balance between warmth and modernity, between sophisticated lifestyle and nature.
This residential building of brutalist architecture represents the vision of a future in which exclusivity is not only luxury, but also a unique and sustainable experience, in other words, adapted to the urban environment and connected to nature.
