Amusement Logic’s Design Department has placed a compact, urban residential building concept in the heart of the city, where space is a valuable resource. It is a project of integration of architecture into existing urban fabrics, and also of green architecture, understood as that which brings nature into urban environments.
With a design that moves away from traditional monotony, the building stands out for its curved, moving, dynamic façade. Large terraces and balconies give us the views, and the gardens that inhabit them, the freshness and natural touch.
In this development, we combine noble materials such as exposed concrete with wood, in a balance between warmth and design. Each floor is an intimate space, where the architecture responds to functional needs, but also to the well-being of those who live there.
