The Andalusian tradition has bequeathed us one of the greatest architectural treasures of all time: the Alhambra. Geometry, vegetation, and water intertwine serenely in its courtyards and alcoves. Well, Amusement Logic’s Design Department has set out to reinterpret this legacy in a contemporary way. With this new design project, it evokes the poetry of its canals, ponds, and Nasrid courtyards, while adapting them to the needs of contemporary Arab countries.
Water features become the pivotal axis of the design. The irrigation ditches guide the eye and accompany the journey, while the ponds reflect the sky and plants. The constant, gentle babble of the water invites contemplation and calm reflection. The shade of the trees and pergolas reinforce a sense of freshness that transforms the arid spaces into a sublime, habitable oasis.
This perspective reproduces the historical aesthetic, reinterpreting it with a modern language of minimalist simplicity using high-quality materials. The spaces are given over to a timeless luxury that honours the cultural memory of lyricism and well-being. The contemporary Alhambra thus becomes a reference for a design connected to the past, moving toward the future in urban parks across Arab countries.
