Amusement Logic’s Design Department draws inspiration from the language of the sea, creating a phrase with the shapes and textures of coral reefs. A message to be received by the beach or poolside. This is furniture for contemporary architecture. Its mineral finish reproduces coral structures, but with materials that are as resistant as they are lightweight and sustainable.
In coastal villas, hotels and resorts, and seaside restaurant terraces, the design is a kind of visual extension of the seabed, blending in with the natural landscape and living space. The shadows and interaction with the changing light of the day produce a lively, almost underwater atmosphere. The warm tones of the textiles contrast with the neutrality of the calcium carbonate that imitates the stone-like materiality of the furniture.
We are tempted to say that, rather than furniture, these comfortable seating units are actually functional sculptures. The coral-like texture invites touch, while its curves embrace the user. The surroundings—sea, sky, horizon—become an essential part of the design.
